Welcome to villa-etoile.com and their affiliates. We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or book online at villa-etoile.com you automatically accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

RESERVATION PROCESS
You can book your daily tour, multiday experience or any other activity (i.e. service) by clicking on the “Book now” or “Give as a Gift” button and you will be directed to the booking form and secure payment page. Once the booking is completed, you should expect to receive a confirmation from us before we charge your payment method. In case you choose the “Give as a Gift” option, you will be asked to provide the participant’s email address and they will be officially the sole users of the service.

We reserve the right not to confirm a reservation within forty eight (48) hours. If within such timeframe (48 hours) you have not received a confirmation of your reservation from us (an e-voucher), please consider it as being unsuccessful, in which case we will inform you of alternative options as the selected tour was no longer available at the time of the purchase, in which case you will not be charged for the service. We shall place a hold on your payment and your payment method will not be debited until we have confirmed the reservation to you. At the time of the confirmation of your booking, your payment method will be debited for the amount of your booking price.

Minimum stay for a valid booking.

  • May & October : 4 nights

  • June , July & September : 5 nights

  • August : 7 nights


CHECK OUT : Up to 10.00 A.M
CHECK IN : From 14.00 P.M

Housekeeping :
On arrival date. Included extra towels and sheets . One cleaning day (towels and bedsheets) if the reservation exceeds 7 days stay.
On demand 40 € / per day

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Our regular cancellation policy as defined below applies for any service offered unless it is indicated otherwise prior to the booking. Each service provider has the right to determine their pricing as well as to adjust the cancellation policy according to the nature and availability of their service. Where strict cancellation applies, you will be notified of any deviation from the regular policy as it is defined below.

Our Regular Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • You may cancel your reservation and still be entitled to a full refund provided your cancellation takes place up to sixty (60) calendar days prior to the check-in date or other booking of any service made through our website. For cancellations within such timeframe, no cancellation fees shall apply.
  • For cancellations taking place between fifty nine (59) to thirty (30) calendar days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged with fifty per cent (50%) of the total booking amount as cancellation fees.
  • For cancellations taking place within a period that is less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged with the total amount of the booking (100%).


For activity-specific cancellations/ Strict Cancellation Policy: In case there is any deviation from the cancellation policy as stated above, you will be informed prior to the booking arrangement and once you have selected to proceed with a booking, you will have agreed to the deviation.

By purchasing any service at villa-etoile.com website, you agree that the Villa Etoile will not refund the amount paid unless the product or service is being cancelled on our side and for reasons other than a) force majeure b) or in case your cancellation is eligible for a refund as stated above.

Arriving late: Please note that tour guides are not allowed to wait for guests arriving late. Please make sure to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour. We are on a tight schedule with the service providers we work with. We cannot be held responsible for delays from public transport, flights or other delays in your travel time that may make you late for our tours. In case you arrive late and miss the tour (or for any other no-show reasons) you will not be refunded for the service.

Each tour or multiday experience is subject to cancellation on our behalf due to:

  • Low participation: A minimum number of participants is required in order for certain services to run. If the participation number is not met, you will be notified prior to the tour of alternative days when the tour can be rescheduled for or alternative tour options that can be done on the selected date. In case the alternative option is not of interest to you, you will be fully refunded for the service cancelled.
  • Weather conditions: at the day of the tour, in which you will be notified prior to the tour of alternative days when the tour can be rescheduled for or alternative tour options that can be done on the selected date. In case the alternative option is not of interest to you, you will be fully refunded for the service cancelled.
  • Unexpected cancellation by Supplier: In event of unforeseen circumstances where the supplier cannot honour his commitment and provide the service as expected, you will be notified prior to the tour of alternative days when the tour can be rescheduled for or alternative tour options that can be done on the selected date. In case the alternative option is not of interest to you, you will be fully refunded for the service cancelled.


Change of Date of Services Policy: All bookings are non-refundable beyond a certain date prior to tour date, as your space is guaranteed at the tours. We may be able to offer alternative days to attend depending on availability. If you have made any mistake in your booking details or there is a bank error that did not allow for the payment to be processed, thus you have not received the confirmation on time, it is mandatory that you notify us no later than 24 hours, in order to be able to accommodate a suitable change of your booking valid up to (6) six calendar days prior to the tour date.

Health Conditions and Allergies: In case you have any physical, mental or other health condition, or any type of allergy (such as to cosmetics, food, etc), it is your responsibility to inform us, as well as your tour guide in advance of the activity you selected to participate to. We cannot be held responsible for any existing allergy or health problem which might be triggered by an activity that we had not been informed of. If you have any dietary restrictions whatsoever please contact us after you book through our website in order for us to try to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We offer the following payment methods:

- Paypal, where you will be re-directed to the Paypal server to make your payment before you return to our website;

- Credit or debit cards, where you will be re-directed to the Paypal server secure payment page to make your payment.

- Bank transfer, where you will be transferring funds from your bank account to our bank account; Please note that we are quoting and expect to receive the final amount (inclusive of all taxes) in Euros for this service. Please make sure that any additional bank fees/ expenses that may occur to complete this transaction, should be borne by the Ordering client, so please choose option “OUR” during SWIFT transfers.

Even though our website has all safety and security certificates (e.g. SSL certificate) active and in good standing, you will not be making any payment on our servers but instead, you will be directed to the secure server of the financial institution or Paypal.

Once your payment goes through successfully, you will be receiving the booking confirmation for your selected services as well as your booking voucher to the email that you registered in our website. This can be your personal email if you are the participant of the tour or another person’s email in case you have chosen the “Give as a Gift” option and you wish somebody else to participate. It is the therefore vital that you provide us with an email that you actually use to monitor your reservation process.

PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER
In case where a payment has been made via bank transfer which is eligible for refund according to the regular cancellation policy above, please be informed that any bank fees or transaction charges occurred during the transactions are not refundable.

Please note that in case of a bank transfer, we will not be able to confirm your participation to the selected activity until the funds have cleared in our bank account. Consequently, until your payment clears in our bank, we cannot guarantee a place at your desired activity and we will not be liable for failing the activity becoming unavailable to you. Once your payment has cleared we will immediately try to book you to the activity and if we are successful, we will send you an email to confirm your reservation within 48 hours.

We will not be liable for being unable to book you to an event/activity if we had to wait for your payment to clear and there are no more places available. It is therefore not recommended to use the bank transfer payment method close to the date of the activity/ event that you want to participate to.

RISK OF LOSS
The Company, the tour operator, the service provider or the escort / guide will not be held responsible for any loss of private property in case a client forgets, loses or has his personal property stolen while on or as a result of the provision of services. Each client is solely responsible for taking good care of their property while attending a service.

INJURY OR DEATH
You agree that we will not be held liable for any kind of injury or death while on an activity or service booked via the website villa-etoile.com. You participate in all activities at your own risk and you agree to have absolutely no claim against Villa Etoile.

SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Villa Etoile and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in their product descriptions. However, villa-etoile.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Villa Etoile itself is not exactly as described, the company, the tour operator, the escort or the service provider will not be held responsible.

Moreover, Villa Etoile retains the right to change partially or totally the services provided in this website or their prices without any further notice and without being liable.

Prices, discounts or promotions for the services listed in the website may change anytime without notice. In case you seek a refund on a service you have booked through our website and provided that your booking is eligible for such refund, you will be refunded with the amount that you paid upon submission of your reservation and not according to the current price.

OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than Villa Etoile implement the services provided on this site. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites or the quality of their services. Villa Etoile does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, services provisions, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

FORCE MAJEURE
All boat tours are weather permitting. In case we are not in a position to provide a tour or service due to weather or any unforeseeable event that is out of our control we shall not be liable. We conduct tours rain or shine. You are advised to carry an umbrella and dress appropriately for weather conditions. If the tour started, and in the event of severe lightning, your tour guide will suspend the tour at his/her discretion. If tour guide did not suspend the tour but you do not want to continue with the tour due to rain, you will not get reimbursed for your booking. You are responsible for yourself and your own safety. We cannot be held responsible for your personal safety.

Villa Etoile is not responsible for the foods or beverages consumed on its tours. Villa Etoile acts solely as agent in arranging daily tours or multiday activities, transportation, accommodation, and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any company, organization or person engaged in transporting passengers, rendering service, or carrying out arrangements for any tour or by the act of default of any restaurant or shop or its employees.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors are encouraged to post reviews, comments, and other content; submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Villa Etoile reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content at its sole discretion and without having to inform or obtain permission from anyone.

Users can only post comments / feedback/ opinions / complaints/ suggestions, etc… after they have actually completed the services they have paid for, or have received as a gift as granted by the buyer, after which they will be asked for feedback. Users who had paid for a service which had actually been cancelled on their behalf or on our behalf, must refrain from posting any comment to the website. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content (i.e. comments etc…) that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Villa Etoile or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Villa Etoile has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Villa Etoile takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Since you will be informed about your reservation process and receive the reservation confirmation and other important to your booking vouchers by email, it is vital that you provide us with an email that you actually use. You expressly agree that we will not be held liable for any email that we had sent you but you had neither received nor read due to a wrong or inactive email address that you provided us with.

You are thus solely responsible to provide us with up to date communication information. Should we communicate to you any important information about your reservation and we receive no reply from you, we will not refund, cancel or amend the reservation. In case your contact information changes for any reason after your reservation with us, you are solely responsible to inform us about your new contact information.

PROPER USE OF THE WEBSITE
If you use this site, you are responsible for using it for personal reasons and or a good purpose. Villa Etoile does not sell services to children but it sells them to adults, who can purchase for themselves and for their children. If you are under 18, you may use villa-etoile.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian and you must be escorted by them during the actual tour. Villa Etoile and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This site is provided by Villa Etoile on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Villa Etoile makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site of the information, content, materials, or products included therein. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Villa Etoile disclaims all warranties, express or implies, including but not limited to implies warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
